6052双向拉伸聚酰亚胺薄膜是由均苯四甲酸二酐与4.4——二氨基二苯醚合成树脂,经过流涎、“双向拉伸”制成的聚酰亚胺薄膜。该产品具有优良的机械性能和电气性能,优良的尺寸稳定性,耐化学和辐射性及优异的耐高低温性能,可在-240℃——260℃长期使用。
技术要求:
1、外观:薄膜表面平整光洁、不应有折皱、撕裂、颗粒气泡、针孔和外来杂质等缺陷,边缘整齐无破损,薄膜成卷供应。

1)厚度与允许偏差:推荐厚度,也可根据用户要求供

6052 polyimide film is made of compound resin of ODA and PMDA and casted and then stretched by two directions. The product processes good performance of mechanism and electric. In addition, The product also processes the excellent property of dimension stability, chemistry and radiation resistance as well as high and low temperature resistance. It can be used at temperature from -240℃ to 260℃ at long period.
